If you are using your insurance, your co-payment is due at the time of service.  I accept cash, check, or credit card payments.

If you do not wish to use your insurance plan, the fee for service is $150 per session.  Payment is expected at each appointment. 

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.  Missed appointments will be billed at $50, and will not be covered by insurance.
